Unethical and fraudulent practices
Did not deliver as ordered. Paid extra for saturday delivery. Got a message saying florist had "car problems" and couldn't deliver. They wanted to deliver sometime on Monday and also tack on an additional $14.00 !! After many calls and no call backs from the "shop" as promised, I left message with customer service to cancel my order. I was reassured that the "shop" would call me back to confirm my order was cancelled on Monday. Again, no one called back as promised. So I called them AGAIN, after a long wait time, I spoke with a very rude woman who was really of little help. I told her most definitely wanted to cancel my order. I got a call back later saying, well your flowers were delivered. Should we go pick them up so we can refund you? Awful!! Worst customer service and fishy, unethical business practices. I read on-line that other unhappy people have had similar experiences. Buyer beware! Wish I had read all their lousy reviews first!
