I have two compaints:
1) When I called 1-877-775-7334 they answered "mortgage services how may I help you...." .. mortgage services?! that's pretty vague. I asked if this was Franklin Mutual? they gave me the run around until they finally said yes..... why would someone answer so vaguely? I hung up the phone!
After that call I decided to read reviews and look at their website.
2) On the Better Business Bureau website I noticed that they are NOT members of the B.B.B. website, yet they have the logo on their website!:
