Misleading product but resolved

Signing up for the free 7 day trial was fine but I clicked on the "3 report link" which then charged me $31. The website is misleading in that the buttons for both reports are right next to each other and no charge is stated on the button itself, you have to read the fine print to find that out. I never received a receipt and most people who don't watch their finances would never know about the charge. So obviously when I saw the charge I had some questions and was told that members get half off and that's the best they could do for me. So I complained to the BBB and they are "issuing me a full refund".
This business practice is in my opinion shady and misleading and the website should be changed so others are not mislead as doubtless they have been.
