We have had so many problems with this company. Sales Reps are liars and when you have concerns it takes so long to talk with anyone. They run you around and put you on hold forever. They tell you it's the other departments fault and tell you to look at the contract.
We payed more for that POS machine than what it's worth. They are a SCAM and misleading. They go after small business' and hoping they will not use the services.
I spoke of all the bad publicity to them, they stated it was all wrong and each business did not read their contract.
This business has so many bad reviews, it's insane their still in business. Don't keep them in business and don't do business with them.
