Not wanting to wait for a shipment from China I purchased a keyboard replacement from Laptop Keyboard. Quickly received the keyboard and installed it in customer's computer. Unfortunately the replacement needed replacing. Made contact with support and within a few days had a good working keyboard sent to me at no extra charge. New keyboard worked perfectly and customer was happy weeks before the one shipped from China would even be arriving. Highly recommend purchasing and working with this company.
