The best word to describe my experience at Mercedes Benz of Encino is Amazing... I dealt with Sam getting a new C300. He did a great job showing me the functions of the car. After that, he sat me down at his partner's desk(Raymond). He gave me a deal I couldn't resist... After shaking hands, I was taken up to Jeff's office, where all the paperwork was done. When I came down, my new car was ready to go. I was a little disaapointed by how long it took, but really the deal I got was well worth the time it took. Thanks Encino....
