Mr Foster refused to pay my wife back the deposit and the contract was overdue long time ago, We filed small claim this year and he didn't even have a gut to show up in court, however,the judge already knew his name and automatically pleaded him lost the case.He has no asset and money in the bank. It is a crime, scam and fraud. He already transferred all the fund nd asset to his kid. I don't know why his name and business would be rated "C". it should be rated "FFFFFFFFFFFFFF"and in the "new scam" section. please take his company off from this website....COMSUMER please don't pay him any money!!
