I would recommend anyone that is looking at this review to stay away from Mortgageclose.com. I have read the other reviews below mine and they are all right and true. Everything they have said is true. They really do start off being nice and once they have your money, everything turns around. Armando which is the Vice President of the company said that they were going to credit my $995.00 back, but I waited and waited patiently. I continued to call and finally, Armando called me back and said that he had the receipts to prove that the money was already credited back. I told him to send them to me, and he did a computer generated receipt without a transaction number, so basically it was something he typed up. I then tried to contact him many times (just so you know, all of them have blackberry's so if you email them, they immediately get their email) finally Armando told me that since I don't trust him he is going to quit answering his calls. I still to this day haven't receive my credit back or a call back from Armando. I have to go to my bank and have them reverse the charge which is a 45 day process because it was an approve charge. I HIGHLY recommend you stay far away from this company but I thought they were a legit company because I got their information from LendingTree.com.
