EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE JOHN MORRIS and KIM SWANIGAN I'd like to recognize my loan officer, John Morris and loan processor, Kim Swanigan. They were both accessible by phone and email and always returned our calls and emails very quickly. The refinance of our home mortgage was done in a timely manner. They have worked so hard to provide us wonderful customer service and most of all a funded refinance loan. I have already recommended them to my closest friends. A huge thank for your professionalism and services!
