Our thanks to Adam and Keri for providing us with great service in refinancing our mortgage. We had some unusual issues which made our application out of the ordinary. They worked with us to avoid the possible pitfalls. In today's lending environment there are more regulations and requirements than in the past, which can make the process more difficult.
