I tried to call them to make a change and ask some questions. I also wanted to discuss why there were so many extra charges. The voice response was to leave your email address. I sent an email asking for a phone call as there was too much to settle via email.
No phone call came and, after a second email requesting a call was sent, I was sent an email containing a cancellation form. In other words, they would rather lose a customer than make a phone call. I made them happy and cancelled.
Sorry I could not select no stars.
