We would like to thank Allison Connor and the team for being so helpful and diligent with our homeowner's loan modification process. We were at the brink of going into foreclosure for our home, three years in default. Bank Of America was not willing to work with us and help us to save our home. They are thieves of hard working Americans' monies. We received the invitation letter for the loan modification program and called Shore View Financial. Allison was the first to talk with us and she had the patience and knowledge to answer all of our questions. Throughout the process she provided guidance and support, helping us with the process and making sure that we were submitting all documentation for the application process. The process took some time, yes were nervous that we may not be approved. Then we received a phone call from Allison indicating that we were approved at a competitive rate of 2%. Our mortgage was $2,244.00 and we will be paying $1,400.00. My husband and I were very excited. I would definitely recommend Shore View Financial to anyone, who needs a homeowner's loan modification.
