When we started our loan process I was 99% sure it wouldn't work as we had previously tried to refinance twice before to no avail. But Fred was a believer that it could be done and encouraged my husband and I to move forward with the process and I'm very glad we did. We ran into a couple of barriers but Fred kept in touch all throughout. In fact I was amazed how quickly he would return my emails. I would recommend working with Fred to anyone. A quick shout out for Easton's assistance also she was very accommodating. Thank you again Fred for making this a very positive experience.
