My wife and I were in a bad 40 year loan at a rate of 7% and have been trying to refinance for some time. I heard about the Sovereign Lending Group over the radio one Sunday morning and thought I would give them a shot. Boy that was the best decision I ever made, Joe Sirbandan, the Senior Loan Office and Easton Urbano, the Loan Coordinator were great. They both made the process very easy and were always available to answer any of my questions. Even when there were problems they were always positive and found solutions right away. What I appreciated the most s that we never had to travel to an office, all the paperwork could be either faxed or email and the documents were signed at our home.
