Terrible Experience; Hundreds of Dollars Lost
After looking through similar companies online, I signed up with Wepay to make cc processing available for my customers. Their website tells you that you can take payments within minutes of signing up. After giving my account a day, I started taking small payments, then yesterday I received an email from Adam asking for some further information on my business and once provided he'd be happy to let my pending payments complete. I complied, then today I discovered they cancelled all payments made to my account with no further reason why. The products were shipped days ago. I have been transparent and easy to deal with as a customer. I connected them with my bank account! I'm sure they've done business with a few companies successfully, but I've only seen Paypal pull garbage like this. The shady decisions fleecing customers they deem unworthy of their services qualifies them as Paypal II in my book. You are warned. UPDATE: I wanted to add that after looking through other user reviews, I realized they almost all negative except for the huge block of reviews posted between 9/10 and 9/12, which are written like commercials for the company by people that haven't returned to trustlink.org since. Not only is Wepay a terrible company to do business with, they are also using false advertising and manipulative tactics to hide it.
