Sadly not what they seem
Well, this was our first experience at trying to accept credit cards. I say "trying" because we didn't get the opportunity through Wepay. The representatives seemed friendly enough, but our first customer using this service had his transaction pending
for over 48 hours then suddenly we get an email saying verification failed. This was after speaking with several customer service representatives that never indicated a problem. One even indicated it would be cleared by the end of the day. This, however, now
seems to be just a lie to keep me stringing along. This is not good customer service and we would advise anyone considering this company to be very cautious.
