ABOUT AS BAD AS IT GETS
Non-existent customer service. When you do get it, the reps are either incompetent or liars. Or both. They will keep your money even longer than they say they will and give you no real explanation. They keep my money for 28 days (they say, it has always been longer). FAR WORSE THAN PAYPAL Worse that all of that is that they don't refund fees on partial refunds. I need to issue a majority refund on an $750 transaction, yet they will won't refund the fees. I have been told two things:(typical customer service from these clowns) 1. That they aren't refunded the fees from Visa or Mastercard on a partial refund. This is an outright lie. Both of the merchant services companies I have used refunded these fees. Paypal does as well. So you are going to tell me that these companies are taking money from their own pockets to give refunds? RIGHT! 2. That their payment platform isn't set up to account for and issue refunds on these fees. This is most likely the real reason. They have a bunch of clowns working there who probably didn't have the foresight or intelligence to figure this out before beginning to offer their "service" AGAIN, IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, DON'T USE THEM.
