They did not live up to there agreement...Can not get anyone to call back. No ONE WILL TALK TO ME ABOUT MY REFUND. The monthly mortgage rate that they got us is higher than what we were paying before. And then it was only for three months and then we might not even get a fix montage. So if we paid the higher rate we still did not know if we were going to get a fix modification loan!
We were told not to pay our loan while doing the modification process which was not a good thing to do! Because they did not want to put it on the back end like we were told.
WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO DO TO GET YOUR REFUND!
I would not recommend this! The waiting and the heartack is not worth it. At least with them.
