Scam involving unauthorized credit card charges by Credit Diagnosis

I had two charges on my credit card from a company called Credit Diagnosis which is also known as Vertrue, the parent company. I don't know how they got my information and charged my account. When I called them, they refused to refund the charges even though I told them I had not authorized the charges and had no knowledge of how I was signed up. Has anyone had any mysterious charges made to your credit or debit cards by these companies?

Do you have the address and/or website of this company so we can link your post to correct BBB Report? Thanks.
If it's a credit card they charged, you should contact the credit card company asap to dispute the charges. In either case, aside from filing a complaint with the BBB, you can report fraud to the FBI at http://www.ic3.gov

Hey,
Thanks for replying. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also with my credit card company. The company has an F rating with the BBB and they are not a BBB member. From what I have learned so far, this company has such a bad reputation I don't know how they stay in business.
