Carrington Mortgage is AWFUL

My ex-husband's loan was transferred to Carrington Mortgage and my name is still on this as he has not refinanced as he was supposed to. I received notification that Carrington Mortgage ran my credit yesterday and it lowered my credit score. I called Carrington inquiring as to why they would run my credit without my knowledge or permission and I needed to know what it was done for. First of all I talked to customer service and that guy put me on hold for over an hour. I called back and talked to someone else and they had NO idea why it was ran because whoever did it did not put notes on the account. I was told I would have to dispute it with the credit bureaus and basically this was not their problem and there was nothing they could do even though their company is who ran the report. The woman I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. Carrington Mortgage is terrible. Terrible customer service and just an all around terrible unprofessional company.
