Worst Company Ever

Bank of America sold my mortgage to Carrington, it is the worst company ever to do business with. Rude customer service. Hate calling for anything as the voice command says: This is a debt collector trying to collect a debt. I have a mortgage, I feel like I am working with a collection agency for a bad bill. Worth paying for an appraisal to get a different lender.
