Overall, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Lenox Financial, specifically with Marques Wood. His knowledge and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I would have no problem referring potential customers to him or Lenox Financial. Initially, I was reluctant about refinancing with an out of state lender because of concerns with being able to complete the loan process. But the fact that I was able to do the entire loan process over the phone made that a non-issue. In addition, the ability to close not only after hours but in the comfort of our own home made the entire process worthwhile.
